Americanism Chairman
The Americanism Chairman is responsible for the Americanism programs including matters of patriotism, good citizenship, The American Flag, and the American way of life.
The Chairman receives information from the Department Chairman, The Department Fall Conference, and other mailings, and disseminates that information through the 1st District Bulletin, Facebook Page, and Newsletter to all Post Commanders and Adjutants. The Chairman will have Americanism pamphlets and literature available at Mid-Winter and District Convention.
The Chairman will
- Report to the 1st District Mid-Winter and 1st District Convention.
- Prepare an annual report to the District Commander for distribution at the 1st District Convention.
- Attend the Department Convention and Fall Conference to get the most up-to-date information available, so that he / she can inform the 1st District members through the 1st District Bulletin.
